The merchandise available on www.genaio.com is subject to change. To stay informed of new arrivals and sales, you can register to receive our newsletter when creating an account. Despite our efforts in synchronizing the website merchandise with our stock, some items that appear on the website may be out of stock. In this case, we will ask you to refund your payment and inform you about the unavailability shortly after the order is placed. We can also  send your order when the stock available. If the order is limited edition we will inform you that we will refund your payment.  Be noticed that the products on the pictures are shown to give you an impression and that the colors on your device could give you another impression.

Upon receiving your order we carry out a standard pre-authorization check on your payment card to ensure there are sufficient funds to fulfill the transaction. The pre-authorization is completed once the order has been packed and is ready to be shipped. If the billing or shipping information are incorrect or incomplete, we will contact you to confirm them before your order is shipped.

Once you decide to purchase our products we will guide you to the one step checkout of the webshop which will use: Secure Socket Layering (SSL) encryption technology.

From here on your internet connection with the GENAIO website will be secured with 256-bit AES Encryption on a Comodo RSA Extended Validation certificate routed over a secure server.

All personal, payment and private information will be secure for third party enforcers. Actually the Secure Socket Layering (SSL) encryption technology will apply on all parts of the website where sensitive information is used.

ORDER MANAGEMENT

Once you have made your choice and your order has been placed, you will receive an email acknowledging the details of your order. This email is NOT an acceptance of your order, just a confirmation that we have received it. Unless you cancel your order, acceptance of your order and completion of the contract between you and GENAIO will be completed when we email you to confirm the goods have been dispatched. You may cancel or make changes to your ready to wear orders and as long as the order has not been shipped. To do so, please contact us through the contact form or sent an email to office@genaio.com. It's not possible to cancel or make changes to your handmade boots orders.

CUSTOMS

For orders shipped outside of the Netherlands, you should consult the customs legislations of your country. We do not take responsibility for duty fees, brokerage fees and shipment delays due to customs, if any.
