Every shoe is made by hand in Italy. A handmade dress sneaker should fit like it was made for you. That's why shipping is free, and so is your exchange.

• Complimentary shipping on every order
• Complimentary size exchange within 14 days of delivery

To exchange your pair, simply make sure they are:

• Unworn, undamaged and in the same new condition (no creases, or marks of visible wear)
• In the original box, with the tissue paper and packaging
• Sent back within 14 days of delivery
• Advice: try them indoors, on a clean surface

Please note the following: The ordered item(s) will only be sent after the payment is cleared and checked by us. Genaio does not deliver to P.O.Box addresses. Moreover, all orders will include an official invoice declaring the exact total amount of the purchased goods in the paid valuta. We will not lower the value or mark the item(s) as a gift on the invoice of the parcel since it is illegal and in violation of international import regulations as stated in Dutch Law.

WRONG ADDRESS, NON-RECEIVED AND RETURNS.

If the item is not received and sent back to us by the postal service company you will be charged the actual shipping fee. The price of the item will be credited once we receive the item. We will contact you to inform you when we receive the package.
