We expact most orders to be delivered within 1-10 days. You'll automatically receive a tracking link as soon as we dispatch your order.

All shipping services used by Genaio provide a tracking number and insurance for the cost of your package. In the event that multiple orders are placed with the same shipping destination and on the same account, orders will be combined and shipping fees will be adjusted, unless otherwise requested. 

Please note the following: The ordered item(s) will only be sent after the payment is cleared and checked by us. Genaio does not deliver to P.O.Box addresses. Moreover, all orders will include an official invoice declaring the exact total amount of the purchased goods in Euro’s. We will not lower the value or mark the item(s) as a gift on the invoice of the parcel since it is illegal and in violation of international import regulations as stated in Dutch Law.

If the item is not received and sent back to us by the postal service company you will be charged the actual shipping fee (not according to the above table). The price of the item will be credited once we receive the item. We will contact you to inform you when we receive the package.
